| The BL class built by Clyde Engineering was introduced into service in 1982. It is fitted with the EMD 645E3B and develops 3000hp for traction. The BL class have worked on Standard and Broad guage. Now owned by Pacific National these locomotives can be found in the Newcastle area and working around Melbourne on steel trains. |
