AN 700 Class (Goodwin-Alco)

The First 700 Class was delivered in June 1971 being built by AE Goodwin. These locos are fitted with with the Alco 251 engine developing 2000 horsepower for traction. Several are still in active service now owned by the Australian Railroad Group
